Without the aid of volunteers, like you, DC students would be unable to meet the goals the organization was founded upon.
Why volunteer with Kid Power? The future is with our youth! As a volunteer, you have an opportunity to learn about Kid Power programs and inspire local youth while fundamentally making a change in our communities that need it the most. Whether you want to help our PowerUp! program by hosting a Career Site Visit or workshop, our VeggieTime team in creating healthy eating habits, or becoming a mentor; we are happy to have you join us! Kid Power volunteers become role models who build meaningful and lasting relationships with DC youth.
High School Youth Opportunities: Kid Power provides high school youth seeking community service hours with volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
