Youth Application - Mentoring and Enrichment

Youth interested in Kid Power's mentoring and enrichment programs should complete this application. Mentors, Inc. @ Kid Power is open to youth in grades 8-11. PowerUp! and Site-Based Mentoring are open to youth in grades 6-12.

Applications should be completed by the youth.

Kid Power staff will reach out to applicants with next steps for enrollment.
